How It Started

Built by Gamers, For Gamers

Varkemi was founded in 2023 by a group of passionate gamers who believed Bangladesh deserved a world-class games venue. Frustrated by the lack of premium setups across Dhaka, our founders invested in building a space where performance and community converged.

Starting with 30 stations in a single room in Banani, Varkemi grew rapidly into a two-floor, 120-station flagship venue with VIP rooms, an esports arena, and Bangladesh's most active games community. In just three years, we hosted 48+ tournaments and welcomed over 5,000 members.

Competitive DOTA 2 player turned entrepreneur. Built Varkemi from the ground up with a singular vision: bring world-class games to Dhaka.

Nadia Chowdhury

Head of Esports

Former national CS player. Designs and manages all competitive events, leagues, and esports programs at Varkemi.

Sajid Hoque

Technical Director

Hardware wizard and network architect. Maintains peak performance across all 120 games stations and our dedicated fiber infrastructure.

Community Manager
