Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance for Standard Zone? +

No booking is required for the Standard PC Zone — just walk in. Stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members with active memberships get priority seating during peak hours.

How do I book a VIP room? +

VIP rooms must be booked in advance. You can contact us via phone (+880 1711-224455) or email (supp@varkemi.com) to check availability and confirm your reservation. A deposit is required to secure the booking.

What games are available in the game library? +

We have 200+ titles including VALORANT, CS2, DOTA 2, FIFA 25, EA FC 25, Apex Legends, GTA V, Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, Fortnite, and many more. Our game library is updated regularly.

Are there age restrictions? +

Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All players under 18 must have parental consent for evening sessions after 10 PM. We follow national guidelines regarding age-appropriate game access.

Can I bring my own games peripherals? +

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, and headset. We have USB ports and audio jacks available at every station. Our peripherals are provided at no extra cost if you prefer to use ours.

Is food and drink allowed at games stations? +

Drinks with secure lids are permitted at all stations. Open cups and food should be consumed in the Lounge & Fuel Station area to protect our high-end equipment. VIP room guests may order food service directly to their room.
