2. Club Rules & Code of Conduct

All visitors to the Varkemi games club agree to abide by the following rules:

• Treat all staff and fellow gamers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal.
• No damage to club equipment. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
• Players under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Food and open drinks are restricted to the designated lounge area.
• Cheating or hacking in games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning.
• Varkemi management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

3. Bookings & Reservations

Standard zone access is available on a walk-in basis. VIP room reservations require advance booking and a deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

4. Tournament Rules

Tournament participants must register in advance and pay the applicable entry fee. All participants agree to compete fairly and respect the decisions of tournament referees. Unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in disqualification without refund. Prize distributions are final and non-negotiable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Varkemi website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Varkemi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Varkemi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website's operation or the information, content, or materials included.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varkemi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of data or personal property left on club premises.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
